What you'll do:
Responsible for development and execution of product line strategies that bring value to the marketplace.
Brings expertise in their product line for the organization.
Product managers are responsible for executing pricing strategy, competitor strategies, marketing activities and project management.
They are accountable for growing their product line offering, and achieving sales, margin and market share goals.
Develop, execute, and track product line strategies that will drive the sales and marketing effort for assigned product lines.
Be accountable for managing the entire assigned portfolio and part numbers including assemblies.
units, kits, parts, components and reman :
for new product releases, product supersessions and replacements, LTB, obsolesce, model discontinuation and consolidationUse Eaton's systems and tools to track sales and provide regular analysis of each product lines' performance against PP goalsUse tracking templates to monitor programs and provide feedback to sales groupUnderstanding competitors and their strategies in the regionExecute product line initiatives to achieve sales and profit objectivesDevelop and participate on cost reduction initiatives to improve competitive positioning:
VAVEEngage in core upgrade requests and approvalsMeasure, develop, and recommend pricing and quote strategies to achieve overall product line profitability objectives.
Engage with Reman strategy manager to ensure reman pricing is aligned Measure effectiveness of initiatives to provide on-going research and analysisPlan annual product line activities and manage to the defined launch calendar and participate in PP and SP processes as requiredDevelop and implement programs, letters, annual pricing strategies to meet targets while ensuring market competitiveness Which letters is this referencing?Development of product line training programs.

Deep understanding of NAFTA region aftermarket value chain (Product Management, pricing, marketing, branding, distribution), customer requirements and trends.
