Administrator or Rehab Services Director POSITION SUMMARY The Receptionist is expected to represent the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls.
This employee also provides clerical support to staff as needed.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Typing proficiency of 40-50 words per minute.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.

Freedom from use of and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Meets state and federal criminal background check requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key function satisfactorily.

Answers incoming and direct incoming calls.
Greets and direct visitors and family members.
Maintains knowledge of current patient listing to be able to direct visitors and phone calls.
Completes the pre-employment process for new hires o Ensure Completeness of new hire paperwork to include acknowledgements, I-9, tax forms, etc.
o Conducts background checks, run Ichat, EPLS, OIG and arranges fingerprinting and ensuring the candidate completes fingerprints within timeline set by the state.
o Arrange pre-employment physical and drug screen.
o Schedule orientation.
o Complete reference checks.
Verify licenses/Certifications.
Maintains license/Certification book.
Maintains MILTC fingerprint and background check book.
Maintains Health Care Provider Vaccine Binder for vendors.
Assists with new hire orientation.
Provides clerical support for the Administrator and other staff, as directed.
Adheres to confidentiality requirements.
Demonstrates satisfactorily level of interpersonal skills to interact with facility staff, Administration, residents, families, vendors and government agencies.
Demonstrates honesty, integrity and respect for all employees, managers, residents and all other customers in all interactions.
Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
Knows of emergency and disaster procedures of the facility.
Demonstrates respect for co-workers and respond to needs of residents by complying with facility policies.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties within allotted time.
Ability to carry out the essential functions of this job (with or without reasonable accommodation).
Assures participation in relevant in-service training sessions.
Assures new hires are entered into Relias for continued education.
Attends and participate in facility meetings, as assigned.
Accesses continuing education opportunities appropriate to responsibilities.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Enters or records data timely and accurately; protects confidentiality of Resident information; protects data against loss or destruction; logs onto the system using own password; logs off the system when leaving the work station; reports suspected violation of security/confidentiality issues; reviews data and identifies trends.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
