SharePoint Designer

This is a short term contract assignment for a SharePoint Administrative Assistant The SharePoint Administrative Assistant will use and build SharePoint sites, analyze and create data files, develop and implement procedural changes.
Responsibilities Work with process owners to build effective SharePoint landing site for all processes.
Update/load/identify processes into process inventory, (NPD, sourcing, etc.
) Create standardized reporting templates, Consolidate various reports, (e.
g.
PP, Commodities, etc.
) Serve as a primary resource for questions regarding administrative processes and procedures.
Develops and implements procedural changes as necessary.
Research, gather, prepare and substantially edit or update reports, graphics, agendas, and other materials.
Analyze and develop projects through to completion.
Determine methods and resources to meet business constraints.
Monitor project milestones, communicate findings, and tracks results.
Qualifications High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred 1-3 years experience in role Strong Microsoft skills e.
g.
PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of web site creation e.
g.
SharePoint Interpersonal skills Analytical Skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
