Order Entry Clerk
Now hiring a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk in the Galesburg, MI area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk in the Galesburg, MI area. The Order Entry Clerk primary responsabilies will be to enter sales and replenishment orders into the computer and updating replenishment orders to match inventory.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Review orders for accuracy.
2. Make necessary corrections to sales and replenishment orders.
3. Enter orders into computer via 10-key.
4. Update replenishment orders to match inventory.
5. Contact vendors for credit approvals.
6. Occasional customer phone calls.
7. Filing and other general office activities as assigned. -High school diploma
-1-3 years experience in similar position
-Comfortable with 10-key (9,000+)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Outlook, etc.).
-Reliable transportation
