Program Manager North America Lead

Primary Function:
Leads the Regional Business Unit Program Management and Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance, by leading and managing product development programs and customer/business relationships.
Essential Functions:
Manages the Profit and Loss of the regional Division site NPD projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
Champions IPT leadership across the regional Division site, as well as global integrated product teams associated with program execution objectives. Facilitates the implementation of program management processes at the regional site for the Division.
Manages a team of Program Managers assigned to regional programs for the Division site. Takes direct responsibility for program activities as program and business needs arise.
Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the program and project teams in areas of program scope, timing, cost, budget variance, customer satisfaction, and ongoing risk assessment and mitigation.
Provides regional Division site / business unit interface with the customer. Communicates and manages customer expectations and contractual commitments through collaboration with regional business functions.
Provides periodic program updates through leadership and support to the program teams by coordinating and presenting in regional PM Division reviews.
Maintains metrics for regional programs ensuring achievement of quality, technical performance and milestone goals through all of the PROLaunch phases. Drives rigor with the PM team for continuous improvement in metric attainment relative to annual goals.
Compiles all requirements, financials, and timelines of platform structured programs into a complete integrated entity with clearly articulated contributions from the derivative projects.
Contributes to effective change management processes during the complete program life cycle.
Plays a key role in executing the overall program plan. Seeks team input and provides leadership to promote rapid resolution of issues.
Provides coaching, mentoring, and feedback to develop and build world class program management capabilities with the regional team.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree required; Engineering degree preferred
+ 10+ years experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management and/or Engineering new product development, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Significant experience in Automotive New Product Development (NPD) programs
+ Proven Leadership skills - capability to lead major product development initiatives in an Integrated Program Team (IPT) environment across multiple sites, functions, and customers globally.
+ Strong proficiency in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
+ Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) highly recommended
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and presentations to executive level Eaton and customer leadership.
+ Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
+ Broad knowledge of the automotive powertrain system development, integration, and commercialization.
+ Experience managing a complex programs with: 1) components / subsystems / systems scope of responsibility, 2) High customer business risk, 3) Significant R&D, NRE, and Capital budgets
+ Must be capable of leading effectively in diverse cultural situations with global customers and team members.
+ Must be capable of initiating and providing recommendations for Division, Group, and Sector Senior Leadership Team?s review and approval that will achieve desired customer outcomes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
