Supply Chain Programs Manager

Eaton?s Vehicle Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Programs Manager. This position will be based out of our location in Galesburg, MI, Southfield, MI, or Marshall, MI.
The primary function of the Supply Chain Programs Manager is to initiate and drive programs and New Program Developments from Customer RFI (Request of Information)/ RFQ stage (Request for Quotation), pre design and quotation process, advanced design until the ProLaunch Phase 2 where the programs are handed off to the Regional Organization for local implementation. He/She will maintain the Supervision of the Program in case this will have anyway Global implications ( involving Eaton Operations in multiple regions). The function will also liaise with all different Regional SCM Program Managers in order to support and secure correct and timely execution of launches.
+ You will supervise and assure timely execution of Customer Quotes for SCM portion, linked to a specific business
+ You will manage periodic reviews with other functions (operations, engineering, etc) to ensure progress to plan.
+ You will coordinate activities among manufacturing, engineering, SQA , purchasing and supplier to ensure a timely and cost effective program development
+ You will coordinate with the Commodity Teams (Commodity Managers and SQAs) to ensure the ?early supplier involvement? process supports and reflects established commodity strategies.
+ You will represent SCM function in APQP activities for all new product launches
+ You will collaborate with regional Purchasing Managers and respective commodity teams to ensure Programs align with strategic and profit plan. Needs to fully understand all the commodity strategies and align the strategies to the plans.
+ You will ensure the best level of technology and innovation is proposed into our products by having a holistic view of the most updated solutions offered by the Market.
+ You will align suppliers choice with Eaton Commodity strategies.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
+ Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution is required
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management is required

+ Project/Program Management skills
+ Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
+ Confidence in work and communicate with upper management
+ Understanding of key financial metrics
+ Strong analytical/problem solving skills
+ Blueprint reading skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
